Provides expert employee relations counsel across performance management, investigations, compliance, labor issues, and high-risk cases. Advises managers on discipline, conducts complex investigations, offers training, supports crisis response, facilitates exit interviews, and ensures timely case documentation and reporting.

Provide employee relations guidance to field managers and employees across assigned regions. Investigate and resolve ER issues (performance, attendance, investigations, leaves), advise on policy interpretation and progressive discipline, collaborate with Legal/Compliance on high-risk cases, support change management and crisis response, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company standards.
