Plan and schedule electrical and instrumentation (E&I) work for industrial outages: develop scopes and detailed job packages in Cleopatra, estimate costs, manage materials and contractors, update schedules during execution, ensure safety/compliance (OSHA/TWIC), support Management of Change, and perform closeout and documentation. Travel up to 25-35% and on-site outage presence required.
