Provide a high-touch front desk experience at a luxury medspa: greet clients, manage check-ins/check-outs, schedule appointments, answer inquiries, maintain patient records, assist with administrative tasks, support treatment planning and retail sales, and perform opening/closing duties to keep the clinic welcoming and organized.

Lead operational and financial performance for a subset of multi-site aesthetic clinics, owning P&L, KPIs, and EBITDA. Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, coach Clinic Managers, build scalable SOPs and management rhythms, and partner on reporting, forecasting, and strategy. Drive growth initiatives, new service launches, vendor relationships, EMR optimization (Zenoti), and ensure regulatory and clinical compliance across operating states.
