Identify small and midsized businesses, present Insperity’s HR services and technology, build relationships with business owners and C-suite leaders, develop sales pipelines through networking, achieve management-defined sales goals, complete bid paperwork, and facilitate the new-client onboarding process. The role combines virtual and in-person consultative selling with residual commission opportunities and support from marketing and service teams.

Provide advanced HR support across employee lifecycle including benefits administration, compliance, employee relations, policy implementation, and partnering with managers to deliver HR solutions and programs aligned with company and client needs.
