The IO Psychology intern will support data driven people initiatives in talent and organizational effectiveness, focusing on analytics and employee insights in a corporate environment.

Responsible for driving new enterprise SaaS sales into energy and heavy infrastructure accounts (primarily U.S. utilities). Manage full sales cycle, develop account plans, lead cross-functional pursuits, build pipelines, forecast revenue, and engage executive stakeholders to deliver value-based, ROI-driven solutions.
