Growth Marketing Manager

Who you are

You’re a curious and results-driven performance marketer with a demonstrated track record of achieving customer growth across SEO, SEM, Facebook, and other channels.

You’ll be an integral part in our next phase of omni-channel growth, growing our online subscriber base as well as helping drive our Color Bar retail expansion.

What you’ll do

  • Drive SEO strategy and execution to deliver organic customer growth across our online and Color Bar businesses
  • Use the Google suit of search tools as well as our web analytics platform Looker to analyze search trends, identify opportunities to improve rankings, traffic, and ultimately conversion through on and off page optimizations
  • Work closely with PR and Social on link acquisition and in creating highly relevant content to power SEO customer growth
  • Champion SEO within the org and help shape digital product roadmap to drive organic customer growth
  • Manage SEM strategy execution, and agency to drive online and Color Bar customer growth
  • Develop and execute scalable strategies to drive offline customer growth through paid channels including SEM, Paid Social, Yelp, Nextdoor and others
  • Measure multitouch attribution across channels and use results to maximize customer growth vs. budget goals
  • Test everything! Conduct A/B testing in all aspects of paid and organic marketing, testing landing pages, creatives, copy, and other variables
  • Articulate and drive consensus across the org around growth strategies, results and “so what’s”.

What you'll need:

  • 4+ years experience managing performance targets in a growth marketing role where SEO was a key driver of customer or lead growth
  • Experience managing Paid Social, SEM, or other digital channels
  • In depth knowledge of at least one web analytics platform, experience using content management systems
  • Expertise in running data-driven SEO audits with familiarity with the necessary SEO tools and software
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • A selfstarter who thrives in a fastpaced environment
  • Thoughtful articulation of strategy, results and best practices to all levels of the organization
