Enterprise technology company Monte Carlo announced the appointment of its newest executive team member. Nik Acheson joins the company as chief AI officer, supporting its expansion into the agent trust segment.
Monte Carlo’s platform combines data and agent observability, enabling enterprise organizations to monitor, troubleshoot and improve human-guided AI systems ahead of deploying autonomous agents across business-critical use cases. Prior to joining Monte Carlo, Acheson led the data and AI, architecture and engineering strategy at Highmark Health.
“Nik has spent his career helping large, highly regulated enterprises get real value out of their data and AI investments, and he knows firsthand what it takes for enterprises to trust their data and their agents in production, ” Barr Moses, Monte Carlo’s CEO and co-founder, said in a statement. “As we build the agent trust category, having a leader like Nik, who has run into this problem himself at massive scale, is exactly what our customers need.”
