Santa Clara-based AI networking company Nexthop AI announced a $500 million Series B funding round. Led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, this oversubscribed capital raise values Nexthop at $4.2 billion.
Nexthop serves hyperscale organizations through AI and cloud networking solutions. Its offerings include ready-made and customizable switching solutions built on open-source operating systems.
Its solutions encompass hyperscale-grade performance, open software and a co-development model with various AI operators. Backed by its Series B, Nexthop will invest in building more efficient AI infrastructure.
