NVIDIA has announced its financial results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ending January 28, 2024. It reported record quarterly revenue of $22.1 billion, a 265 percent increase from the previous year. The company’s data center revenue also reached a record high of $18.4 billion. Overall, NVIDIA’s full-year revenue for fiscal 2024 was $60.9 billion, a 126 percent increase from fiscal year 2023.
Jensen Huang, the founder and CEO of NVIDIA, stated that the demand for accelerated computing and generative AI has seen surging demand worldwide across industries. He highlighted the growth of NVIDIA’s Data Center platform and the success of NVIDIA RTX, which has become a massive PC platform for generative AI, used by millions of gamers and creators.
Looking ahead, NVIDIA expects revenue to hit $24 billion in the first quarter of fiscal year 2025. Its financial results reflect the increasing demand for its products and technologies in the areas of data centers, gaming, professional visualization and automotive.
