PayZen, a healthcare affordability platform, recently hired Praveen Chandran as chief product officer to help scale and extend its product development globally. Chandran is an experienced startup founder with a long career in software engineering and product management. Most recently, he worked at Affirm and before that at Google, PayPal and SurveyMonkey.
The mission of PayZen is to bring financial health to healthcare using a technology platform that solves the affordability problem for patients and medical providers. The company’s solution leverages AI to create data-driven, individualized payment options for patients and health systems. To date, PayZen partners with 30 top healthcare systems across the country.
Chandran will build and scale PayZen’s product team as the company grows, aiming to bring added value to PayZen customers and increase operational efficiency to facilitate the launch of new products.
