The new funding comes after a successful year for Pigment, during which the company tripled its revenue, doubled its global customer base and tripled its enterprise customer base, counting brands like Unilever, Datadog and Merck among its clients. The majority of Pigment’s revenue now comes from North America, and the funding will be used to expand its in-market support and accelerate product development.

The company will further invest in AI, aiming to better support businesses with decision-making and agility. It also aims to expand its user base beyond the finance function. Currently, Pigment customers use the platform across departments including finance, sales, HR and supply chain.
