ServiceNow, an AI-powered platform for streamlining enterprise workflows, announced its acquisition of Veza, an identity security company headquartered in Los Gatos. Santa Clara-based ServiceNow will extend its security and risk capabilities following the deal.

Veza’s access platform enables organizations to visualize, monitor and control entitlements, helping them stay compliant and achieve least privilege. Its platform helps enterprises manage identity security use cases such as privileged access monitoring and data system access. With a 230-person team, Veza serves about 150 global customers spanning banking, hospitality and fast-moving consumer goods.

As more businesses leverage agentic AI solutions to power automation in their operations, this acquisition enables ServiceNow to integrate Veza’s identity visibility, intelligence and governance capabilities into its security portfolio.
