WorkWhile, a platform leveraging AI to help businesses source, manage and optimize hourly workforces, recently launched a new offering, WorkWhile Money. The tool is an earnings management solution integrated directly into the WorkWhile app.

Aiming to equip workers with an accessible and sophisticated financial planning tool, WorkWhile Money allows users to manage, project and secure their earnings. It provides a live earnings dashboard and prospective cash flow forecasts intended to help workers plan their spending and expenses based on their actual expected employment income.

Alongside the launch of this solution, WorkWhile announced the expansion of its healthcare benefits program through a new partnership with Curai Health. The company is now providing free, 24/7 virtual healthcare access to every individual in its worker community. Benefits to the mobile-first solution include personalized guidance for health questions and symptoms, access to mental health support, chronic condition management support and more.

“Our responsibility toward our workers extends far beyond payroll; it’s about investing in their livelihood and well-being,” Simon Khalaf, WorkWhile’s CEO, said in a statement. “Three days after we unveiled WorkWhile Money, we partnered with Curai Health to expand virtual healthcare to all our workers, ensuring our community has the care they deserve, exactly when they need it.”
