Prospect for new customers through outbound calls and email campaigns, qualify leads, book discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives, build prospect relationships, and communicate challenges and opportunities to leadership. The role requires strong written and verbal communication, organization, tenacity, and interest in building a sales career.

Own product marketing for a dedicated business line by developing positioning, value propositions, go-to-market plans, launch calendars, sales enablement, and customer insights. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to launch products, train teams, conduct customer and competitive research, and improve adoption and sales effectiveness.

Develop and maintain relationships with HR and Talent Acquisition leaders, conduct discovery and product demonstrations, manage full sales cycles, negotiate proposals and contracts, and meet revenue targets. The role collaborates with Implementation, Customer Success, and Product teams while providing market feedback. Candidates should have SaaS sales experience, preferably in recruiting or HR technology, strong communication skills, and a demonstrated history of quota attainment.
