Conduct technical research for identity-verification products by evaluating providers, data sources, APIs, SDKs, regulatory constraints, and operational requirements. Build lightweight prototypes, test integrations, monitor market and identity-document changes, automate research workflows, and create evidence-based vendor recommendations. Present findings to Product, Engineering, Security, and Compliance while maintaining reusable research documentation and scorecards.

Build and lead 1Kosmos’ North American enterprise sales organization, owning revenue strategy, pipeline, forecasting, strategic accounts, team hiring, coaching, and go-to-market execution. Develop enterprise relationships with security and technology executives, close complex SaaS transactions, establish sales processes and operating rhythms, and align Sales with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and partners.

Build and scale a global channel partner program: recruit, onboard, enable, and expand GSIs, ISVs, MSPs/MSSPs, VARs, and cloud hyperscalers. Drive partner enablement, co-sell motions, joint GTM, marketplace transactions, and partner-sourced pipeline while reporting performance and collaborating cross-functionally to operationalize partner motions.
