As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will advise and support Enterprise sales, provide technical expertise and tailored solutions, mentor peers, and facilitate customer engagement.

Responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic National Partners by developing joint business plans, setting sales targets, and executing go-to-market strategies for 1Password.

Hunt new enterprise accounts (2501+ employees), manage and grow a territory, build pipeline, and close complex 6–12 month deals. Upsell and cross-sell into existing accounts, present to executives, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with BDR, Solutions, Customer Success and channel partners. Maintain rigorous pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce, attend industry events, and travel regularly within the assigned territory.
