Leads daily fitness club operations, serving as Manager on Duty and overseeing team members, member service, cleanliness, safety, inventory, maintenance coordination, scheduling support, and issue resolution. Drives membership and retail performance, monitors member feedback and reporting metrics, supports retention through team training, and ensures operational standards are consistently met. Requires flexible scheduling, customer service and supervisory experience, and occasional travel.

Lead brand marketing transformation by developing data-driven, full-funnel omni-channel campaigns, content and editorial strategies, member and influencer marketing, product launches, events, and member experiences. Build marketing capabilities, collaborate cross-functionally, manage KPIs and reporting, and execute strategic and hands-on initiatives to drive member engagement, retention, and brand growth.
