Leads production across multiple game development content areas, overseeing schedules, milestones, risks, scope, communication, process improvement, and external development strategy. Manages and mentors producers, supports hiring and staffing, resolves impediments, improves production pipelines, and aligns teams with studio and business goals. Requires strong game development knowledge, planning, communication, leadership, and JIRA/Agile proficiency.

Owns production planning and delivery for a game development UI technology team. Responsibilities include managing schedules, sprint planning, backlog grooming, risk and scope mitigation, cross-team communication, issue resolution, process optimization, departmental reporting, and monitoring team morale and execution. The Producer serves as an integrated partner to development leaders, prioritizes requests, manages dependencies, and ensures timely, achievable deliveries in an Agile environment.

The Expert UI Engineer will lead UI development for a AAA multiplayer game, focusing on performance, accessibility, and certification compliance while mentoring a team of engineers.
