Leads the strategy and execution of external game development partnerships for a AAA project. Builds outsourcing pipelines, workflows, trackers, briefs, review processes, and onboarding systems; sources and negotiates with vendors; manages budgets, forecasts, schedules, contracts, milestones, quality, risk, and reporting. Partners with production, art, discipline leads, legal, procurement, IT, and leadership while developing the external development function and future team.

Drive complex multiplayer game features from concept through implementation, focusing on economy design, reward systems, player progression, and systemic content. Collaborate cross-functionally, implement and iterate features in Unreal Engine, analyze economy models, respond to feedback, provide design leadership, mentor peers, and align stakeholders around feature goals and game quality.

Develop and optimize shaders, master materials, and technical art pipelines in Unreal Engine. Establish shader standards, build validation tools, profile performance, resolve content pipeline issues, and create reusable documentation and best practices. Collaborate across art, engineering, design, animation, and lighting teams to solve production challenges and deliver visually rich experiences across console, PC, and mobile platforms.
