Manages major electrical industry projects across the Western U.S., coordinating with sales representatives, contractors, distributors, engineers, owners, and end users. Tracks project impact and sales results in Salesforce, supports project specifications and hands-on job-site work, develops account and distribution strategies, advises on pricing, promotes construction services, and drives growth in assigned key accounts. The role is remote and field-based, requires company vehicle use, and involves up to 50% domestic travel.

Leads technical engagements with hyperscale datacenter customers and compute/networking vendors. Translates customer roadmaps and architecture requirements into product and technology inputs, evaluates emerging AI datacenter trends, supports sales and engineering teams with technical context, and develops conceptual demonstrations and technical marketing initiatives for 3M optical interconnect solutions.
