As an Investment Director, you'll lead venture investments, manage the investment process, collaborate with business leaders, and coach investment managers.

Manage daily export consolidation center operations including load planning, order allocation, booking coordination, and container execution. Oversee OSD processing, yard/pool management, cost monitoring, and system accuracy across ERP/WMS/TMS. Support transitions from third-party operators, lead continuous improvement projects, and serve as primary site-level operational contact.

The Director oversees outsourced business services at 3M, ensuring performance, governance, and alignment with Global Business Services while driving efficiency and continuous improvement in BPO operations.
