Own machine learning systems end to end, from data exploration and modeling through production deployment, monitoring, and iteration. Build scalable NLP, LLM, retrieval, ranking, recommendation, prediction, and agentic systems with explainable outputs. Partner with Product and Go-to-Market to deliver customer-facing AI capabilities, improve ML platform reliability, communicate technical work clearly, and mentor engineers.

The Sr. Software Engineer is responsible for designing and building robust big data systems, establishing engineering standards, and performing data transformations. The role involves communication and collaboration across teams to implement data solutions.

Own the roadmap and platform capabilities powering 6sense’s agentic AI ecosystem, including agent runtime, orchestration, state management, tool registration, developer frameworks, observability, evaluation, reliability, and multi-agent workflows. Partner with engineering, applied AI, infrastructure, and product teams to enable scalable, secure, enterprise-ready agent experiences and improve developer velocity across the organization.
