Build and ship product features across the full lifecycle using Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, and PostgreSQL, directing AI coding agents and reviewing their work. Own user problems, specifications, UX, production quality, monitoring, debugging, infrastructure, tooling, and integrations. Collaborate directly with founders and engineers in a remote, async environment, participate in a business-hours on-call rotation, and deliver multiple reliable deployments each week.

Owns end-to-end production of curated founder events, including attendee sourcing, curation, logistics, follow-up, CRM management, introductions, content, newsletter operations, and partnership support. The role builds repeatable playbooks and AI-assisted workflows, coordinates volunteers, represents the company publicly, and works closely with the founder. It offers a growth path toward Chief of Staff or Head of Partnerships.
