The Director, HR Business Partner advises senior leaders on workforce strategy, organizational design, talent management, succession planning, employee relations, change management, and executive coaching. The role leads HR Business Partners, oversees complex people initiatives, uses workforce analytics and generative AI insights, manages talent investments and HR technology implementations, and supports performance, engagement, and workforce planning across business functions.

Senior Accountant responsible for general ledger maintenance, Workday ERP oversight, month-end close, journal entries, accruals, bank reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, depreciation, disposals, and internal and external audit support. The role applies advanced GAAP knowledge, financial modeling, and independent judgment to resolve complex accounting issues and ensure accurate financial reporting. This hybrid position requires three days onsite weekly in Walnut Creek, California.

Maintains the general ledger, oversees Workday transaction flows, performs month-end close activities, prepares journal entries and reconciliations, manages fixed assets and depreciation under GAAP, and supports internal and external audits. The role requires advanced accounting judgment, variance analysis, problem-solving, and collaboration with senior partners. This is a hybrid position requiring three onsite days per week in Walnut Creek, California.
