Coordinate end-to-end interviews across complex schedules, time zones, and stakeholder groups. Support recruiters and hiring managers with interview panels, kits, candidate communications, ATS records, agency coordination, and scheduling metrics. Troubleshoot changes, onboard interviewers, and assist with recruiting projects such as career fairs and referral programs. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, and compliance with export-controlled information requirements.

The IT Support Specialist provides tier 1 and tier 2 technical support, handles user account management, troubleshoots software and hardware issues, and establishes help desk procedures and documentation.

Build and operate internal AI platform services: chat/agent frontends, retrieval over code/docs, AI-native developer workflows, sandboxed execution, model routing, telemetry, and compliance-minded design for regulated aerospace environments.
