Design and optimize scalable multimodal machine learning pipelines for training, fine-tuning, evaluation, experimentation, and deployment. Collaborate with data engineering, research, product, and infrastructure teams across text, image, audio, video, and 3D modalities. Improve distributed training performance, data workflows, reproducibility, model governance, and resource utilization while shaping technical strategy and engineering best practices.

Own the full business development cycle from prospecting and qualification through discovery, solution development, negotiation, and close. Research prospects, conduct outbound outreach, lead customer meetings, coordinate samples and pilots, prepare proposals and pricing materials, support contract discussions, maintain pipeline records, and build long-term customer relationships. Collaborate with technical, research, project management, and operations teams while developing commercial judgment under mentorship.

Own end-to-end delivery of AI data projects, including scoping, planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, risk management, and quality control. Serve as the primary liaison among clients, suppliers, and internal teams while managing annotated datasets and project outputs. Improve workflows, reduce costs, resolve issues, and develop scalable solution frameworks. The role requires strong communication, organizational, client-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills in a global environment.

Conduct robot learning research across simulated and real robotic systems, training and evaluating imitation learning, diffusion, VLA, and reinforcement learning policies. Build evaluation infrastructure and scalable pipelines for synthesizing, annotating, and curating robotics datasets. Analyze how data affects policy performance, reproduce state-of-the-art research, deploy policies on robot hardware, and contribute findings to leading robotics, computer vision, and machine learning publications.

Develop and maintain Abaka AI’s visual identity across digital, print, events, presentations, social media, recruiting, merchandise, and marketing materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage projects from concept through production, coordinate with vendors, maintain brand assets and templates, and deliver consistent visual experiences across global audiences.

Develop and execute social media strategies across X, LinkedIn, and YouTube; write articles, threads, carousels, videos, and founder-brand content; schedule posts; manage calendars; monitor trends; engage communities and KOLs; track performance; and collaborate with engineering, business development, and GTM teams on communications initiatives.

Manage day-to-day Mountain View office operations, including facilities, maintenance, vendors, supplies, access, front desk services, deliveries, shared spaces, and workplace safety. Support onboarding, offboarding, events, employee requests, expense and inventory tracking, and administrative projects. Coordinate repairs and service providers, maintain accurate records, and proactively improve office functionality and employee experience in a fully onsite role.
