Leads Data and Statistical Sciences study teams for oncology clinical programs, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, resources, vendors, timelines, quality, and regulatory compliance. Uses analytics and project management tools to monitor execution, resolve issues, and report study status. Influences without direct authority, mentors associates, supports process improvements, and ensures adherence to GCP, ICH guidelines, regulations, SOPs, and quality standards.

Designs, deploys, integrates, and supports business systems for pharmaceutical R&D laboratories. Partners with scientists, business leaders, analysts, and technical teams to identify requirements, create application architectures, configure systems, design data-sharing workflows, and translate functional specifications into technical solutions. Facilitates application design sessions and supports implementation, testing, infrastructure integration, and process improvements across cloud and distributed computing environments.

Develop and implement intellectual property strategies for AbbVie’s pharmaceutical products and candidates. Advise R&D and business teams on IP matters; draft, file, and prosecute worldwide patent applications; manage outside counsel; challenge and defend patents in post-grant proceedings; conduct prior art searches, third-party patent analyses, and IP due diligence for business development.
