Lead ServiceNow architecture across the enterprise: design scalable service management solutions, govern implementations, assess risks, translate stakeholder requirements into sustainable designs, mentor teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure security, compliance and alignment with multi-year roadmaps.

Develop, deploy, and maintain modeling & simulation and AI solutions (R packages, dashboards, agentic AI) to support Data & Statistical Sciences. Architect solutions, run feasibility assessments, build benchmark test sets, iterate on deployed tools from user feedback, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into production-ready capabilities.

Lead HEOR strategy and execution for on-market and pipeline assets, represent HEOR on cross-functional/global product teams, own end-to-end HEOR deliverables, partner with HEOR COEs, engage senior leaders, and manage 1-2 direct reports.
