Own end-to-end technical talent acquisition for Engineering, Product, Data, Analytics, and Design. Build sourcing channels, evaluate candidates, advise leadership on headcount and compensation, manage technical requisitions, develop assessment frameworks, run outbound campaigns, and close senior technical hires. The role is based in San Francisco with an expectation of working in the office three to four days weekly.

Administer and scale Salesforce and related business applications by translating stakeholder needs into technical solutions, building flows and validation rules, cleaning up technical debt, supporting state launches, managing role-based access, and integrating tools such as Dialpad and PandaDocs. The role also handles daily data corrections, reporting adjustments, and application support while maintaining HIPAA-aligned security controls.

Lead security operations, incident response, threat hunting, vulnerability management, risk assessments, security monitoring, and compliance oversight across cloud, endpoint, and identity infrastructure. Develop response playbooks, automate detection and reporting, manage AI security governance, mentor analysts, and communicate technical risks to stakeholders. The role is remote within the United States and requires PST hours.
