Build intake and triage processes, translate ambiguous client needs into engineering requirements, prioritize work against roadmap commitments, manage executive stakeholders, track delivery metrics, and identify recurring requests for productization. Develop quarterly demand plans and incorporate customer patterns into broader Insights roadmap planning.

Serve as a Workday Financials subject matter expert supporting production issues, implementations, module rollouts, upgrades, reporting, dashboards, integrations, security roles, and finance processes. Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to gather requirements and deliver Workday solutions. Maintain Prism datasets and analytics, support close activities, troubleshoot integrations, test releases, and provide documentation, training, and end-user support.

Lead global payment partnerships and strategy, managing relationships with processors, banks, and fintechs. Drive cross-functional integrations, negotiate contracts and pricing, define SLAs, manage implementations and business reviews, and optimize processes and costs to support market expansion and product scaling.

Lead pricing and monetization strategy across global markets. Design pricing models and packaging, optimize discounting and payments economics, apply AI/ML analytics to drive revenue and margin, partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations, govern pricing changes, and enable sales with pricing tools, policies, and training to improve ARR, retention, and profitability.
