Provides administrative and clerical support to an engineering team by managing schedules, meetings, records, work orders, maintenance activities, vendors, invoices, purchase orders, budgets, inventory, compliance documentation, reports, and inspections. Serves as a contact for tenants, vendors, and internal departments while supporting daily facilities and engineering operations.

Assists the Chief Engineer in managing engineering staff, contractors, building maintenance, preventive maintenance, work orders, equipment, safety compliance, scheduling, inventory, purchasing, training, and facility improvement planning. Oversees maintenance quality, emergency response, building systems, tenant-related issues, and compliance with operational, safety, and site-specific standards.

Leads preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and emergency response across multiple commercial buildings. Oversees HVAC, electrical, plumbing, utility, safety, and building automation systems; supervises maintenance personnel; implements safety and quality programs; documents equipment conditions and work in logbooks and CMMS; provides technical guidance and training; coordinates with management, tenants, and engineering staff; and ensures compliance with facility, company, and regulatory standards.
