Use client insights, Salesforce, and sales processes to manage pipeline, lead pursuits, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Lead and manage all facility operations and critical infrastructure, ensuring safety, reliability, and SLA compliance. Oversee maintenance programs, CMMS accuracy, budgeting, staffing, contractor selection, change management, and emergency response. Serve as primary customer contact and drive continuous improvement and training for the engineering team.
