Build identity verification and fraud detection systems that analyze candidate data, correlate risk signals, and identify fraudulent or state-sponsored activity. Develop high-availability data pipelines and real-time guardrails for security teams. Prototype and scale fraud detection solutions, collaborate with security, platform, and data teams, write technical designs, debug production systems, and participate in software development lifecycle practices.

Manages and develops the SDR team by recruiting, hiring, training, setting productivity metrics, driving qualified pipeline generation, forecasting sales-qualified pipeline, and facilitating quarterly business reviews. The role establishes regional SDR strategy, enables consistent quota overachievement, and builds executive-level customer and partner relationships through consultative, value-based selling approaches.

Leads regional field and partner marketing initiatives across the TOLA region to generate enterprise pipeline and revenue. Owns campaign, event, ABM, and digital program strategy and execution; partners with sales, channel, and marketing teams; manages budgets and timelines; forecasts pipeline impact; adapts tactics based on performance; customizes messaging; reports insights using Salesforce, Marketo, and Sigma; and mentors junior marketers.
