Serve as primary client contact: gather requirements, define scope and timelines, coordinate cross-functional resources, deliver training, support integrations (APIs, CRM/HRM), troubleshoot issues, and oversee multiple simultaneous projects to ensure successful rollouts and client adoption.

Lead customer education, adoption, marketing, and advocacy to drive product adoption, retention, and expansion. Build and scale Absorb Academy, create adoption playbooks with Product, develop advocacy and reference programs, and partner with GTM/Sales to convert engagement into revenue.
