Leads Acadia’s global tax function, overseeing tax planning, accounting, compliance, transfer pricing, R&D tax credits, indirect taxes, audits, and tax forecasting. Partners with executive leadership, Finance, R&D, legal, auditors, and external advisors to manage risk, support international expansion, improve processes, and optimize tax outcomes. Directs a high-performing tax organization and ensures accurate reporting, SOX controls, regulatory compliance, and effective tax strategies globally.

Leads medical content development and scientific review across Medical Affairs, Corporate Affairs, Investor Relations, Commercial, and related teams. Creates materials for scientific exchange, including presentations, congress content, and medical information resources. Evaluates literature and clinical data, ensures medical accuracy and compliance, guides MLR/MRC reviews, coordinates vendors, and advises stakeholders on therapeutic areas, labeling, regulations, and medical communication strategies.

Leads GCP quality assurance across Acadia’s clinical development portfolio. Responsibilities include planning and conducting audits of CROs, clinical sites, contract service providers, and vendors; managing audit reports, corrective actions, quality agreements, metrics, SOPs, and inspection readiness; supporting regulatory and mock inspections; advising cross-functional stakeholders on global GCP requirements; and improving quality systems and compliance processes.

Lead the enterprise AI platform and agent ecosystem, including multi-agent orchestration, reusable agent templates, self-service RAG, tool and skill registries, prompt management, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop workflows. Partner with cybersecurity, architecture, governance, and business teams to deliver secure, scalable, compliant AI solutions. Drive adoption through low-code tooling, mentor engineers, and shape enterprise AI strategy across commercial, medical, R&D, and corporate functions.

Leads external R&D opportunity evaluations and scientific due diligence across neuroscience, psychiatry, and rare disease programs. Coordinates cross-functional input, develops diligence plans and integrated development scenarios, assesses scientific, clinical, regulatory, commercial, financial, and strategic factors, and translates findings into recommendations for senior leadership. Partners with Business Development on licensing, acquisitions, collaborations, and partnerships while supporting portfolio prioritization, governance materials, and consistent evaluation frameworks.

Lead R&D data, analytics, and AI strategy to modernize platforms, governance, and insights across clinical development. Deliver benchmarking, dashboards, predictive analytics, and AI-enabled solutions to accelerate trials, improve data quality, and inform portfolio and operational decisions. Partner with enterprise IT, data engineering, and external vendors to execute roadmaps and measure business value.

Lead design, implementation, and adoption of AI-enabled analytics across R&D. Build scalable analytics products, dashboards, and AI use cases for clinical development and operations. Partner with stakeholders, Digital/IT, and vendors; mentor team members and drive prototyping, deployment, and operationalization of AI-driven solutions.
