Owns platform strategy, roadmaps, administration, integrations, releases, enhancements, compliance workflows, vendor relationships, and operational support. Partners with Commercial, Medical Affairs, IT, and external managed-service providers to translate business needs into scalable solutions, manage delivery priorities, oversee environments and testing, and drive continuous improvement across regulated GxP platforms.

Leads Acadia’s global tax function, overseeing tax planning, accounting, compliance, transfer pricing, R&D tax credits, indirect taxes, audits, and tax forecasting. Partners with executive leadership, Finance, R&D, legal, auditors, and external advisors to manage risk, support international expansion, improve processes, and optimize tax outcomes. Directs a high-performing tax organization and ensures accurate reporting, SOX controls, regulatory compliance, and effective tax strategies globally.

Lead the enterprise AI platform and agent ecosystem, including multi-agent orchestration, reusable agent templates, self-service RAG, tool and skill registries, prompt management, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop workflows. Partner with cybersecurity, architecture, governance, and business teams to deliver secure, scalable, compliant AI solutions. Drive adoption through low-code tooling, mentor engineers, and shape enterprise AI strategy across commercial, medical, R&D, and corporate functions.
