The Reliability Engineer develops reliability, availability, and maintainability strategies for defense systems and equipment. Responsibilities include supportability analysis, risk assessment, asset criticality ranking, failure and performance analysis, reliability metrics monitoring, root cause analysis, FMEA, fault-tree analysis, mitigation planning, maintenance optimization, and participation in design reviews. The role supports U.S. Department of Defense customers and requires collaboration with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams.

Lead end-to-end digital product design from problem definition through implementation. Create user journeys, interaction models, high-fidelity interfaces, and interactive prototypes using Figma and AI-assisted tools. Partner with product, engineering, clients, and executives to translate complex requirements into technically grounded solutions, influence product strategy, conduct research and usability testing, evolve design systems, and mentor less-experienced designers.

Designs and executes software validation and automated testing for integrated enterprise systems, including PLM and ERP platforms. Develops test cases and scripts, performs functional and regression testing, tracks defects, analyzes results, and maintains requirements-to-test traceability. Produces Objective Quality Evidence for DoD certification and accreditation, collaborates with technical and business teams, and improves testing processes. The role is remote and may require up to 5% travel.
