Teams at ACCO Engineered Systems

Produce and manage 2D/3D BIM drawings for building systems (HVAC, plumbing, process) using AutoCAD, Revit, and related BIM tools; coordinate with engineers, designers, and trade partners; manage files, check quality to ACCO BIM standards, prepare deliverables, and communicate constructability issues to project teams while meeting schedules.

Lead HVAC mechanical engineering from concept through construction for large or multiple projects. Produce code- and LEED-compliant designs, calculations, equipment layouts, duct and piping systems. Coordinate with project teams, oversee design staff, support field engineers, and ensure quality of design drawings and models.

Coordinate technical aspects of assigned construction projects: manage documentation, meetings, estimating, procurement, scheduling, quality control, billing, closeouts, and vendor/subcontractor coordination while supporting design and BIM-based workflows.
