Lead HVAC mechanical engineering from concept through construction for large or multiple projects. Produce code- and LEED-compliant designs, calculations, equipment layouts, duct and piping systems. Coordinate with project teams, oversee design staff, support field engineers, and ensure quality of design drawings and models.

Lead regional hydronics fabrication operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and standardized procedures. Manage staffing, production scheduling, shop performance, cross-functional coordination, budgeting, and risk mitigation across multiple sites.

Provide administrative and project support to Construction Group and Project Managers: schedule and run meetings, create and edit proposals/submittals/closeout documentation, manage document control, assist estimating and bid coordination, coordinate onboarding, process invoices and track expenses, and collect vendor compliance documents.
