Design and implement individualized ABA programs for children with autism and developmental disabilities. Collaborate with families and clinical teams, supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, and use data collection software to track progress and update treatment plans. The role requires BCBA certification, program development experience, leadership skills, and compliance with background check, TB test, and immunization requirements.

Manages daily clinic operations, scheduling, front desk functions, staff onboarding, BI performance, RBT credentialing, client engagement, facility needs, compliance, and center events. Partners with clinical leadership, HR, caregivers, and office teams to support service fulfillment, staffing, retention, and an organized, functional clinic environment.
