The Client Advisor drives business growth by developing client relationships, utilizing data-driven insights and technology for sales, and optimizing revenue strategies.

Lead Employee Benefits operations for the Western division, driving client retention and growth, process improvement, technology adoption, talent development, financial oversight, risk management, M&A integration support, and performance monitoring to ensure scalable, compliant, and high-quality client experiences.

Independently manage complex California workers' compensation claims from assignment to resolution. Investigate compensability, set reserves, manage litigated files, negotiate settlements, coordinate with counsel and medical providers, identify subrogation/fraud opportunities, and maintain timely documentation and diaries in claims systems while ensuring compliance with California regulations.

The Employee Benefits Account Manager manages client relationships, ensures satisfaction, oversees insurance consultation, and leverages technology for client success and growth.
