Independently manages complex California workers’ compensation claims from assignment through resolution. Investigates compensability, reviews coverage and medical documentation, evaluates exposure, establishes reserves, manages litigated indemnity claims, negotiates settlements, coordinates with counsel and stakeholders, supports return-to-work efforts, identifies fraud and subrogation opportunities, and maintains accurate claim records while complying with California regulations.

Leads the architecture, development, deployment, and optimization of Workday integrations across HR, finance, and enterprise systems. Designs scalable solutions using Workday tools, APIs, middleware, web services, XML/XSLT, and SQL. Partners with business and technical stakeholders, oversees integration projects, mentors team members, troubleshoots issues, documents solutions, and ensures testing, release, compliance, and data accuracy across systems.

Manages new business and renewal placements for mid-to-large commercial insurance accounts. Analyzes exposures, losses, financial models, coverage terms, deductibles, captives, and layered insurance towers; develops market strategies, negotiates with carriers, prepares submissions and proposals, and provides coverage recommendations. Maintains carrier relationships, reviews policies, manages timelines, supports client discussions, and ensures licensing compliance.
