Lead and manage a West-region commercial and personal lines sales team to drive new business, build and maintain broker/agent relationships, meet revenue goals, coach reps through ride-alongs and performance reviews, analyze sales and retention metrics, implement territory action plans, and travel up to 40% to support sales activities.

The Business Development Representative will engage target accounts, qualify leads, collaborate with senior brokers, and develop skills for a future advisory role in insurance and financial services.

Provide telephonic nurse case management for workers' compensation claims: assess cases, coordinate care, evaluate treatment plans, facilitate return-to-work, document activity, communicate with providers/employers/claims/legal, and ensure regulatory and HIPAA compliance while managing a high-volume caseload.
