Assists with policy renewals by gathering requirements, preparing draft presentations and emails, obtaining finance agreements, and submitting workers’ compensation marketing materials. Performs policy checks, issues certificates through EPIC and CSR24, obtains quotes, documents activities, and follows up with carriers and clients.

The Client Advisor drives business growth by developing client relationships, utilizing data-driven insights and technology for sales, and optimizing revenue strategies.

Drive new business and revenue growth for commercial insurance through pipeline development, consultative selling, client relationship management, and quota attainment. Use CRM, analytics, predictive insights, and AI tools to prioritize opportunities, manage sales cadences, forecast revenue, and identify upsell opportunities. Develop strategic growth plans, conduct market and competitive research, collaborate with service and marketing teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
