Teams at Action Property Management

Oversee luxury community amenities, coordinate resident events and activities, manage lifestyle vendors and partnerships, support private events and resident services, maintain supplies and records, manage event-related budgets, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver an elevated resident experience.

Assists the Chief Engineer with maintenance and operations of a high-rise residential building. Oversees HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, preventative maintenance, emergency response, troubleshooting, vendors, safety compliance, projects, work orders, and maintenance staff. Maintains records, supports resident relations, and serves as an on-call emergency responder.

Directs day-to-day operations for a luxury high-rise residential property, overseeing front desk, concierge, housekeeping, engineering, resident experience, budgets, vendors, emergency preparedness, compliance, and capital projects. Leads and develops teams while maintaining Forbes-level hospitality standards. Requires extensive luxury hotel or hotel-residence Rooms Division experience, strong financial and project management skills, HOA and litigation knowledge, and flexibility for weekend leadership coverage.
