Lead and produce sophisticated prospect research to inform fundraising solicitations and donor management. Manage prospect portfolios, verify capacity and contact details, analyze constituent data to identify opportunities, ensure data hygiene with operations teams, provide strategic insights to fundraising partners, and maintain best-practice standards and professional development.

Manage IT Business Intelligence operations and a team of BI/ETL professionals to deliver secure, scalable data solutions, enforce data governance, and provide actionable analytics. Own service delivery (incident/change/problem management), vendor relationships, budgeting, documentation, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement to drive strategic decisions and continuous improvement.

Implement a tobacco prevention grant through June 2028 by conducting community outreach, leading grassroots advocacy campaigns, training volunteers, developing educational/media materials, tracking campaign impact, building partnerships with diverse communities (including AAPI), and supporting fundraising and grant compliance. Must engage local Solano County residents and attend/host events, including some evenings and weekends.
