Develops donor strategies, cultivates executive and board relationships, coordinates cross-functional fundraising efforts, creates proposals and cases for support, and tracks performance through CRM systems. Requires extensive experience closing major gifts and frequent collaboration with senior leaders, volunteers, and organizational teams.

Leads regional Corporate Relations revenue strategy and growth through high-value corporate partnerships. Owns multi-million-dollar targets, pipeline development, forecasting, account expansion, renewals, and executive relationship management. Directs up to 10 senior market leaders, builds a performance-focused culture, aligns corporate partnerships with organizational priorities, and oversees resource planning, stewardship, reporting, and cross-functional execution.

Leads regional individual-giving strategy, market leadership teams, specialized fundraising teams, and principal and major gift portfolios. The role drives donor identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of high-net-worth individuals; aligns fundraising with mission, marketing, communications, and operations; engages volunteers and governance leaders; and establishes performance accountability across markets. Frequent travel and evening or weekend work are required.
