Own and optimize the inference stack for cost, throughput, latency, and reliability. Responsibilities include KV-cache management, batching, quantization, speculative decoding, long-context optimization, provider routing, serving-engine optimization, GPU and kernel tuning, and profiling systems. The role requires production expertise with modern inference engines, model serving, GPU performance, and systems programming.

Build and lead Adaption’s developer community across Discord, forums, social channels, and events. Develop community strategy, support technical users, gather feedback, organize meetups and hackathons, collaborate with developer groups and universities, highlight user projects, and create scalable community operations. Partner with technical and marketing teams to drive feedback loops and strengthen relationships with researchers, developers, and enterprises.

Build and own a multi-tenant platform connecting enterprise customers and sovereign deployments to inference infrastructure. Responsibilities include authentication, tenant isolation, quotas, rate limiting, usage metering, entitlements, public inference APIs, SSO, access controls, audit logs, data residency, and security testing. The role requires strong Python and backend or platform engineering expertise, API design experience, and familiarity with billing, credits, reconciliation, regulated environments, and enterprise identity systems.

The Research Scientist/Engineer will innovate algorithms for real-time adaptation, optimize ML systems, and ensure impactful product interactions.
