Lead and build the QA Operations team to ensure cGMP compliance for clinical manufacturing. Oversee lot disposition, validations, quality investigations, audits, training, raw material QA, and support regulatory submissions. Collaborate cross-functionally to manage quality systems, risk management, and continuous improvement to support CMC and clinical activities.

Coordinate and execute in vivo and ex vivo nonclinical studies (efficacy, PK/PD, safety) using murine xenograft and humanized models. Contribute to study design and timelines, collaborate with CROs, perform necropsies and tissue processing, run downstream assays (flow cytometry, qPCR/ddPCR, ELISA), maintain experimental records, troubleshoot technical challenges, and support program advancement.
