Advantest Benefits Overview

Leads an application engineering team delivering semiconductor ATE test programs and strategies for high-volume production customers. Oversees test hardware and software development, project planning, customer engagement, production readiness, KPIs, root cause analysis, vendor relationships, and new product introductions. Manages test infrastructure and cross-functional collaboration while hiring, mentoring, and developing engineers. The role requires strong expertise in ATE platforms, test program development, semiconductor device physics, DFT, debugging, and failure analysis.

Owns enterprise network operations, architecture, implementation, troubleshooting, and lifecycle maintenance across multi-vendor environments. Designs LAN, WAN, remote-access, VPN, firewall, routing, segmentation, and cloud connectivity solutions. Handles complex incidents, monitoring, upgrades, documentation, change management, and on-call support. Serves as a technical escalation point, mentors junior staff, and collaborates with systems, application, and security teams on infrastructure initiatives.

Manages client accounts, relationships, communications, forecasts, revenue targets, quoting, and new business development. Develops knowledge of clients and competitive markets, provides solutions to increase sales, and coordinates internal teams. The role involves client visits, trade shows, networking, and approximately 25% travel. Semiconductor industry knowledge, especially PCB-related ATE testing and interconnect technology, is preferred.
