Sources, screens, and evaluates candidates for technical and corporate openings in the semiconductor test equipment industry. Partners with hiring managers to define requirements, develop sourcing strategies, manage applicant tracking systems, coordinate interviews, assess candidates, recommend compensation, support offers and onboarding, and recruit temporary workers. Maintains candidate networks, attends job fairs, communicates hiring updates, and travels as needed.

Coordinate customer-facing technical projects and engineering initiatives across multiple stakeholders. Manage project plans, schedules, dependencies, risks, action items, customer commitments, technical reviews, and status communications. Partner with customers and engineering teams to resolve issues, deliver software enhancements, improve workflows, and execute custom engineering solutions. Drive alignment, escalation, follow-through, and process improvements without direct authority.

Develop and maintain Java and C/C++ test methods for Advantest V93000 platforms supporting digital and mixed-signal semiconductor devices. Troubleshoot SmarTest and system-level issues, support production testing, train customers, document technical solutions, and collaborate with R&D, sales, and global engineering teams. Lead customer engagements, pre-sales activities, NPI projects, benchmarking, and competitive evaluations for high-performance computing, AI, and high-power applications.
