Develops high-performance computing semiconductor test business by analyzing customer devices, assessing ATE solution fit, gathering requirements, supporting technical sales, and securing design wins. Builds relationships with semiconductor customers and internal teams, presents digital ATE solutions, develops technical materials, analyzes market trends, and aligns sales objectives with target devices. Requires digital semiconductor testing expertise, semiconductor lifecycle knowledge, strong communication skills, and approximately 20% travel.

Deploy and optimize semiconductor EDA-to-ATE conversion flows using Velocity and related tools. Develop automation for STIL, WGL, EVCD, IJTAG, and SSN environments; support Advantest platforms; debug conversion, timing, protocol, and pattern issues; and create Python, Java, and related utilities. Collaborate with customer DFT and test engineering teams, support AI-assisted diagnostics and regression workflows, contribute to infrastructure improvements, and deliver global customer training and technical workshops.

Supports semiconductor EDA-to-ATE conversion workflows using Velocity and related tools. Assists with pattern conversion, timing and debugging analysis, log parsing, data processing, automation scripts, regression testing, and validation. Collaborates with applications and software engineering teams across DFT, simulation, and production ATE environments while contributing to AI-assisted engineering workflows and technical documentation.
