Provide litigation support by drafting pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and substantive first drafts under attorney supervision. Conduct legal research using Westlaw/LexisNexis/Fastcase, manage discovery and eDiscovery workflows (Relativity/Everlaw/Logikcull), prepare PACER and state e-filings, and assist trial preparation and exhibit management.
