Leads enterprise capture and consultative sales pursuits for AECOM’s Water Global Business line. Develops win strategies, manages discovery and pre-positioning, coordinates technical, marketing, bidding, and executive teams, and drives proposal quality, commercial compliance, sales metrics, pipeline growth, and client relationships. Coaches capture professionals and supports major multidisciplinary pursuits in a global matrix organization.

Leads workstreams within infrastructure and public-sector consulting engagements, applying structured problem-solving, quantitative analysis, business modeling, stakeholder interviews, data visualization, and executive communications. Builds DCF and investment models, synthesizes research and datasets, supervises junior analysts, develops client-ready presentations, and supports business development through solution design, technical writing, proposals, and commercial analysis.
