As Regional Vice President, you will drive revenue growth for Aera Technology, leading a sales team and building strategic client relationships.

Own and grow strategic enterprise accounts for Aera's Decision Intelligence platform. Build C‑level relationships, drive consultative value/outcome-based sales, expand platform adoption, and meet ACV and revenue targets while collaborating cross-functionally.

The Sr. Solution Engineer collaborates with Sales to advance enterprise opportunities, conducting demos, workshops, and assessments to align with customer needs and position Aera's Decision Intelligence platform as a transformative solution.

Design and implement a high-performance, low-latency Java OLAP calculation engine core. Collaborate with product to translate designs into executable criteria, ensure correctness and performance, communicate technical concepts, and advocate for quality and robust JVM-level tuning and language/design improvements.
