Leads Aeris’s partner sales strategy, revenue channel, co-sell motion, reseller fulfillment, strategic security alliances, enterprise deal execution, and partner-facing team. Builds a forecastable alliance channel, develops joint value propositions and field plays, collaborates with Product on integrations, and manages major SASE, security, and systems integrator relationships. The role is based in Chicago or Santa Clara and requires up to 40% international travel.

Leads global B2B enterprise demand generation, owning marketing-sourced pipeline, bookings, funnel analytics, AI-enabled workflows, SEO, conversion optimization, and account-based marketing. Partners with sales and revenue operations on funnel stages, attribution, scoring, routing, and performance reporting. Manages enterprise campaigns across paid media, events, webinars, content, and direct mail while building and developing the demand generation team and overseeing agencies and vendors.
