Lead a team of wireless/RF engineers in designing and developing wireless systems and products. Perform system-level analysis and optimization, provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams, collaborate with customers on requirements and solutions, and monitor emerging wireless technologies. Leads RF and microwave design strategy across aerospace and defense products, including receivers, transmitters, synthesizers, radar, data links, and SATCOM. Serves as the company-wide RF subject matter expert, owning technology roadmaps, architecture approvals, certification strategies, design reviews, qualification plans, and lifecycle issue resolution. Provides technical authority, mentors RF engineering teams, guides NPI and BTI activities, supports suppliers and customers, and drives design improvements, reuse, cost reduction, and development speed.
